A New Beginning

Christmas season is almost over. If you are like me you have eaten too much and drank too much and spent too much time watching football. This is the time when we need to be training. This is the time for all of us to be laying down the base fitness. All great structures are built on good foundations. If you want to be excelling in 2010, get out there and start working.
